Make this easy, lower-calorie, and high-protein meatballs and pasta dish once a week for meal prep. Servings are large, so they can be divided into smaller portions for fewer calories.
For the meatballs: In a large bowl, combine the 2.5kg 93/7 Ground Beef, 2 diced white onions, 1 cup bread crumbs, 2 Tbsp olive oil, 6 Tbsp kosher salt, and 3 Tbsp black pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined. Form the mixture into 12 large meatballs. Preheat your oven to 220F. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and oven bake for approximately 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 140F. After baking, pan sear the meatballs until they are crispy and browned on the outside.
Meanwhile, cook the 3 boxes of protein spaghetti according to the package directions. Heat 1 to 2 jars of your preferred pasta sauce in a saucepan over medium heat until warmed through.
To serve, plate the cooked spaghetti, top with the warm pasta sauce, and add the crispy meatballs.
